Physiotherapist and lecturer
Constant evolution
The physiotherapy I practice is the result of constant evolution. I firmly believe that our profession must combine two inseparable aspects: the rigor of scientific evidence and the warmth of human interaction.
For me, clinical excellence is not based solely on biomedical knowledge, but on the ability to listen, empathize, and understand each person’s context.
career
Sports elite and clinical practice
My career has led me to coordinate physiotherapy services in highly demanding environments. I have had the privilege of caring for athletes at València Basket (2007-2009), supporting judokas from the Spanish Federation, and traveling the professional tennis circuit with ªB (2010-2011) and the ATP (2017-2019).
This experience in elite sports has taught me the importance of precision in diagnosis and effectiveness in treatment. Today, as the coordinator of the physiotherapy department at Clínica Dinàmic, I apply all this expertise to help patients regain their daily life.
In my daily clinical practice, it is common to work as part of a team with professional and amateur athletes. With them, agile coordination with fitness coaches and trainers, as well as with the club’s medical team, is essential.

The passion for teaching
I do not understand physiotherapy without continuous learning. That is why I combine clinical practice with teaching.
I am a lecturer at the Master’s in Functional Recovery at the University of Valencia, the Postgraduate Program in Exercise and Pain, and the Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy at the European University.
Additionally, I deliver training nationwide on therapeutic exercise, clinical reasoning in prescribing recovery programs, and training in motor learning and control.
Teaching forces me to stay at the forefront and delve into the most contemporary theories, which directly impacts the quality of treatment my patients receive and, of course, the training I provide.
The content must respect current evidence, but it is also essential to consider how to apply it in everyday clinical practice.
Work philosophy
If we talk, you will find honesty.
I use manual therapy in a justified and limited way, only in specific situations.
I believe in exercise as the indisputable pillar for regaining function.
But above all, I believe in education: sharing the journey with the person to recover what has been lost due to pain or injury. This should be done using strategies to face pain or injury without fear, exploring together and regaining the activities that make life satisfying.
